This cocktail steals the show by balancing the sweet and sour to bring out the flavour of the Hennessy Very Special.

Here’s the recipe :
60 ml Hennessy Very Special
25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
7 ml Egg White
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Pour ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well for a thick foam. Pour over ice.
Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry in a Rocks Glass
